Can we request specific songs or pieces for our ceremony or reception?
Yes, of course, with every package comes the ability to request as many songs as you want in whatever genre. Then, we will inform you instantly if we can make them happen.
Can you help us choose music that fits the mood/theme of our wedding?
It's only fair to not know where to start with the music. That's why we can help you make your perfect playlist after a short quiz about your preferred style.
How far in advance should we book your services?
You can book our services anytime if there is availability. Ideally, we recommend booking at least 10 months in advance to secure a flexible date availability, have more time to discuss your specific details, and provide you with a stress-free planning experience.
Will you coordinate with our planner or other vendors regarding timing and logistics?
We strongly believe that a successful event is based on good programming. That's why we are more than happy to coordinate with your planner and other vendors for every detail needed.
Do you require a deposit or signing a contract? What are the payment terms?
After you decide that you want to book us for your event, a deposit about 30% of the total cost will be needed to secure your booking. The rest of the cost will be needed right after the performance of the musician.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel the booking, the deposit will NOT be returned to you.
If we cancel your booking, we will give you a full refund and try to suggest you another available violinist.
What happens if you're unable to perform on the day due to unforeseen circumstances?
If you cancel on the day due to circumstances such as natural disasters, medical emergency or death, the deposit will NOT be returned, but there will be no other costs.
If you cancel on the day for any other reason, a full payment of the perfomace will be needed.
